This action was timed to coincide with the ninth anniversary of the occupation of Lacin [Lachin] by the Armenian armed forces. The aim of the action was to protest at the futility of the OSCE Minsk Group's efforts to regulate the Karabakh conflict. The resolution adopted by the picket expressed distrust of the peacekeeping activities of the international mediators, who do not raise the question of recognizing Armenia as the aggressor.
